I was introduced to Lynn by a neighbor after my mother passed away. Lynn was amazing from the time we first met through the closing of the property. She introduced herself and said when you are ready, I am here to help. When we decided to list the property, she did a great job researching the past sales in the neighborhood as well as in the area to make sure we were priced appropriately based on the market conditions. In my situation I was living in Atlanta and trying to sell my mother’s home in Highland Park. Before we could even show the property, we needed to clear out the house. Lynn was always available to assist with being my eyes when I had people come to the property to prepare for the estate sale. During the sale process, we had an upstairs drain fail which caused water damage resulting in the need to have work done to complete the sale of the property. This was where Lynn went way above and beyond. We were under very tight timelines, and we needed to have several subcontractors come to the house. She was always available to assist when I needed her. Lynn sold the property for an amount that was one of the highest for the subdivision and was instrumental in making sure that the closing process went as smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a realtor.
